Upload Oil Analysis Record

Allows user to upload Oil Analysis Record for an equipment. Please note this feature may not be available for all equipment. Also note that all fields marked with (*) must be filled out.

  1. Click on PM tab from the left menu.

  2. Click on the Oil Analysis tab from the top menu.

  3. Click on the New Import button on the upper right corner of the screen.

  4. Select the correct Plant and Department from the dropdown list. Input the correct Equipment tag. Import the Vibration file from your local computer. Click on save to upload the Vibration Records. *Please note that only .xlsx file is allowed on M-DB.
