Add Email List to Email Notifier

Allows user to add a list of emails to a Email Notifier.

Once added, email recipient will receive email notifications when actions described in the Notifier are performed in M-DB. Users will only receive notifications related to their plant and department.

  1. Click on the Email Notifier tab on the left.

  2. Click on the Notifier that you wish to add the email list to. You can also search for the Notifier in the Search Field provided.

  3. Click on Edit.

  4. Select the email list from the drop-down list. Only one email list can be linked to an Email Notifier. Note that once the email list is added to the Notifier, whenever action described in the Notifier is performed in M-DB, the system will send out an notification to the users in the email list. Users will only receive notifications related to their plant and department.

  5. Click on Save to save the Email Notifier.
